HELP! I just purchased a premium module but didn’t receive my file! What’s going on?
Sometimes that can happen for a variety of reasons:
- Email sending delay (try waiting at least 30 min to 2 hours)
- SPAM intercept (try checking your SPAM or Junk Mail folder)
- Payment hasn’t cleared from PayPal (eChecks take up to 5 business days to clear sometimes)
If you paid with an eCheck your file(s) will be sent via email automatically after your eCheck clears.
