We are using NavXT to control breadcrumbs but our listing page isn’t showing correctly. https://members.q4intel.com/vendor-directory/new-vendor-listing/
The directories are working just not the post page.
Sorry to see you running into this issue. What version of WP, BD plugin and NavXT plugin do you have?
Looking at your listing page, it seems to be rendering correctly. Can you please specify what exactly isn’t displaying correctly on the listing page? Supporting screenshots would help (you may send using http://imgur.com/).
Sorry for the delay I forgot to subscribe to this topic. We are running all latest versions. WP 5.2.2, BD 5.5.9, NavXT 6.3.0. We are also running NavXT BuddyPress and BBpress extensions.
The problem with the listing page is the page title area only says home (grey bar). It should look like the Directory or Category pages https://members.q4intel.com/vendor-directory/
Thanks for clarifying. Would it be possible for you to send some screenshots showing your configuration for Breadcrumb NavXT plugin? This would help us try and replicate the issue. (you may send using http://imgur.com/).
We ended up disabling NavXT as it wasn’t doing any help and only running the plugin on the KLEO theme. The issue still remains on how the breadcrumbs are being generated.
Here’s the vendor directory: https://members.q4intel.com/vendor-directory/
When we click into a category the breadcrumbs don’t seem to match the path into the category: https://members.q4intel.com/vendor-directory/vendor-category/advocacy/
When clicking into the directory post the title and breadcrumb areas completely disappear: https://members.q4intel.com/vendor-directory/freshbenies/

Please let me know how we can resolve.
Thanks for sharing this information. We integrate with NavXT Breadcrumbs plugin and so it should have worked. Breadcrumbs from your theme are not the same as the (major) plugin that handles this functionality. It is possible that your theme’s in-built breadcrumbs functionality didn’t work well with NavXT. Would it be possible for you to switch to a different theme (preferably a default WP theme) and then test with NavXT?
Unfortunately, we do not have a solution yet but one option you could try is the compatibility mode on the General tab that simplifies the output of BD for some themes. Go to BD Admin -> Manage Options -> General -> Advanced -> and select the Enable AJAX compatibility mode? to see if that helps.
