I hope all is well in 2019 for you so far.
I am emailing as I have had 2 customers listings come up for renewal just recently and they did not automatically renew as they had last year and the year before. One customer emailed saying they received a notification but the link didn’t work to let them renew. I noticed that these listings had actually been paid for so I didn’t think much of it until this morning when I received automatic emails that their listings had expired.
I am also getting a warning from PayPal again about instant payments. I don’t know if I talked to you guys last time about it or if it’s related.
Please check your server that handles PayPal Instant Payment Notifications (IPN). IPNs sent to the following URL(s) are failing:
If you do not recognize this URL, you may be using a service provider that is using IPN on your behalf. Please contact your service provider with the above information. If this problem continues, IPNs may be disabled for your account.

Sorry to hear that. Did you happen to change the fee plan of those listings manually as admin in the past? And did you also check the payment history of those listings to see if there were any issues with the payments? It is possible that the payment wasn’t processed correctly OR the payment got processed but the listing expiry date wasn’t updated accordingly. This would require further investigation. If you could please also share some supporting screenshots (using http://imgur.com/) that would be helpful.
