I’ve got the latest version of WP, BD and all premium plugins.
On some fields I’ve got Field Category Policy set to “Field Applies To All Categories”. No problem with this.
On other fields I’ve got Field Category Policy set to “Field Applies To Only Certain Categories” and I’ve got some categories selected there (boxes are ticked). These fields are a problem. They are not showing on the Submit a Listing Page.When someone goes to submit a new listing they are not presented with these fields even after selecting the (correct) Category (the category for which this field is approved).
I have only one fee plan – the free one.
I’ve checked in Form fields settings to ensure that these fields are not set to “Display this field to admin users only in the edit listing view”. That box is unticked on all of them.
I’ve also checked that Manage Restrictions > Field Display Access is ticked.
What else could be causing these fields to not appear in the Submit A Listing form? The only problem fields are the ones set to “Field Applies To Only Certain Categories”
I think it would be best to take a direct look at this.
We need the following information to debug the issue:
– WP admin username
– WP admin password
– WP login URL
– FTP username
– FTP password
– FTP servername/IP address
