Hi, I notice that there has been an issue with this before from another user, but no answer how to fix, I am getting the following error;
”Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_OBJECT_OPERATOR in /homepages/18/d290147280/htdocs/CatHomeBlog/wp-content/plugins/wp-business-directory-manager/wpbusdirman.php on line 1445”
It is a 1&1 server, running MySQL5.0 and PHP5, I THINK !?!?
Looking forward to your response
Can you double check your active PHP version? By active I mean the version that is actually running. I know some people have both PHP 4 and PHP 5 installed and sometimes assume they are using PHP 5 because they are not aware just because you have the ability to use PHP 5 doesn’t mean you are acually using PHP 5. Your server can be set to use PHP 4 by default with you having the option to switch to PHP 5. So please make absolutely sure of which version of PHP is in use. If you are not using PHP version 5.X please upgrade and let me know if the problem persists.
Hi, Thanks for the help, the server was running PHP4, just for future users if they have the same problem, all I had to do was open up a text editor, like notepad, enter the following text;
AddType x-mapp-php5 .php
Then save it as a .htaccess, then put this in the root folder of wherever you are hosting your wordpress directory.
Thanks for your help though
