Hi, I had someone go through the process where it reminds them that they have not completed their listing and they went to pay. However, they abandoned the payment and emailed me because the payment amount changed from pounds to dollars when they went from the website and then to PayPal.
It does not do this when people pay straight away for their listing. Do you know why it is doing this?
Yes they used that link and I clicked on it from their email and the same happened. I don’t have any other links to try so not sure how to test on other people.
I have all the most up to date modules etc (no updates required on anything).
I’ll try and figure if I can replicate the email in some way but it does come up as £ in the website at first…

Meanwhile, it would still be helpful to know the exact version number of WP, BD plugin and PayPal module that you’re currently using.

– WP admin password
– WP login URL
– FTP username
– FTP password
– FTP servername/IP address
– Your WP and BD plugin version?
