I’m using Version 5.5.5 with WordPress 5.2.1
There are random images being displayed on listings https://freightmonster.com/freight-shipping-services-directory/
Actually, it is the same three images but sometimes they are thumbnails and others are full size. I can’t find how they are being injected. This is for all the listings except
The 1 standard fee paid listing seems to display correctly (Arizona Pilot Car Service – the top listing) https://freightmonster.com/freight-shipping-services-directory/wpbdp_category/pilot-cars/
Can you tell me where I can find settings for these?
Sorry to hear about this issue. Have you uploaded any custom Featured Badge image under the BD image settings? Also, when you edit a listing from admin backend, do you see any image(s) or featured image(s) linked to the listing?
I’d also suggest that you rule out any conflicts first. Here is an article about how to test for theme and plugin conflicts with Business Directory, which may help pinpoint the issue:
Not sure what it may yield, but its a good step to start troubleshooting with.
I started checking featured images and found that somehow an image was added. Most of the listings were imported csv files and the rest from the front end in a category that doesn’t allow images, so I don’t understand how an image was added to the listings. I’ve started removing them.
Any insight as to how this may have happened? Or if it could happen again?
The WP Featured Image is primarily a theme dependent feature and is not something we control directly. So I’m not exactly sure what could have caused the images to get attached to listings however, if that happens again, it would be best if you run a conflict test.
