This has nothing to do with zip imports becuase when the zip table was empty this list existed?
The region is called “USA”, not “US” and it is a sub-region of North America and under USA, you have all of the 50 states listed:
If you don’t see that region then you can add it manually or one other option is to use the “restore default regions” option found under BD Admin > Manage Options > Premium Modules > Regions.
Your software is so buggy!!!
When you filter by disabled and then select all to enable it does not enable subs. This is very annoying and obviously doesn’t even work well at the top level I had to go page by page which is not the end of the world but confusing obviously cost me days of time and super annoying.

“then select all to enable” … did you selection include the sub regions or did you only enable parent region assuming it would enable the sub regions as well? If that is the case then unfortunately, it doesn’t behave like that right now. Every individual region needs to be enabled separately e.g. enabling Europe will not automatically enable all the countries listed under EU. Let me know if I’m missing your point. Thank you!
