Known Plugin and Theme Conflicts | FAQ | Support

Below is a list of the known Plugins and Themes which we have identified as conflicting with Business Directory. These conflicts may result in missing BD options or some other strange behaviour of the plugin. This list will be updated periodically as we discover further conflicts or find resolutions to existing plugins:

Conflicting Plugins:

• Simple Facebook Connect – Symptoms of conflict: Directory listings might not appear when you click on any of the categories.
   
• Theme My Login – Symptoms of conflict: Directory buttons (edit, view etc.) might stop functioning OR might cause improper redirection. (Please note that this conflict no longer exists with BD 3.0.x.)
   
• Events Made Easy – Symptoms of conflict: When using Google map module, the map area on the listing page might appear blank.
   
• SimplePress 5.1.4 – Symptoms of conflict: Under WordPress dashboard, BD menu might appear with missing sub-menu/options.
   
• Jetpack 2.0.4 – Symptoms of conflict: Listing images might fail to upload properly.
   
• Relevanssi premium - Symptoms of conflict: During the "submit listing" process, listing images might fail to upload.

Conflicting Themes:

• Themeforest-related themes – Symptoms of conflict: Might affect the behaviour and output of BD shortcodes.
