Move field sorting listings settings to Listings -> sorting page
Hide the field sorting options when there are no fields
Use the color selected in appearance settings for category list
Some styling and layout cleanup
Fix: Don’t reorder the category filter list when the page changes
Fix: Show the website field
Fix: Let the main plugin/wp handle the category counts
Fix: Use the normal category links for the filter box
Fix: Use the parent only setting for the sidebar category filters
Fix: The social icons weren’t always aligned
Fix: The search form wasn’t showing when it was set to not show with results
Fix: Include address in excerpt
Remove a few unneeded templates so core can handle it and the pages look more consistent
Remove extra dropdown sorting box shown on the category pages
Remove unused images, css, and js
Remove Font Awesome
Remove link color css that is causing issues
Remove css to set fonts. Leave the font to the site theme
Replace the search template with a hook for better forward compatibility
