- Update the stars for style and accessibility
- Cut down on overhead by replacing images with svg, exclude the javascript, and minimal css

- Remove tooltip settings since the radio numbers are accessible now

- Hide the ratings field setting to hide for admins in the listing form since it’s always hidden.
