Category and Sub Category Search Results | Support Questions | Support

Here is my problem. I have a category called "Product Users". There is a sub category under "Product Users" called "Artists". When a company registers with my directory they have to choose a category or sub category for search purposes. So when a user goes to the advanced search they can narrow the search results down by category or sub category. If Company A registers under the sub category of "Artists" and a user searches under "Artists" then Company A shows up. But if a user searches under "Product Users" Company A is not showing up. Being "Artists" is a sub category of "Product Users" shouldn't Company A (registered under "Artists") also show up in a search for "Product Users"? How do I make this happen?
